Music composer Amit Trivedi who was earlier roped in to score music for Anand L Rai’s next much-talked-about film starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, has now opted out of the film. Although the reason behind his sudden exit from the high budget movie is yet known, the sources have informed that they had some creative differences which made Trivedi leave the project.
“Amit had even sent in a few tracks that the makers had liked. He was finalised for the movie. But then things didn’t work out as planned,” a source revealed. After Trivedi’s exit, the producers have now approached Ajay-Atul to compose the music for this love story movie. The music composer duo has reportedly accepted the offer and is expected to sign the deal soon.
This is not the first time Ajay-Atul have replaced the original composer. The duo also replaced Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy in Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Thugs of Hindostaan’ a few months ago after the trio left the film due to their busy schedule. Ajay-Atul have currently big projects in their hands. Besides ‘Thugs of Hindostaan’ and now SRK’s next, they also have Karan Johar’s ‘Dhadak’ in the pipeline for next year.
Shah Rukh Khan’s next film with director Anand L Rai is seen as a very unique, risky and unpredictable project by the Bollywood trade experts. Thanks to its unusual content, the film has lots of curiosity among moviegoers. SRK plays a vertically challenged person for the first time in this movie and it has made everyone excited. The yet-untitled movie is scheduled to release on Christmas 2018.
