Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic will not have only one music composer scoring the music for its leading hero Ranbir Kapoor. We have learnt that one more music composer has come on board for this film to join Amaal Mallik who is also composing a couple of songs in the film.
According to a tabloid, an independent music artiste Sheldon Bangera who is incidentally the first Indian to be writing and recording with Integrity Music has been roped in to compose three songs in biopic movie. Sheldon, a lead worshiper, singer-songwriter, musician, producer and conference speaker from Mumbai, is known for his songs like “Samarth Hai” from the album ‘Raaja Hai Mahaan’ and “Tu Kabhi Na Chode Mujhko” from ‘Nachoonga’.
“The makers wanted to have a fresher approach to the music of the film but at the same time someone who could also keep the commercial aspect in mind. Someone had recommended Sheldon’s name to them and this is when they heard his tunes and asked him to send his songs to them. The makers liked the rough scratch immediately and they decided to give Sheldon three songs for the film,” a source close to the film told Spotboye.
Sheldon is currently working on the final mixes of the songs and will submit it to the makers in few weeks.
